We don’t hire.

PeponiXL is operated by AI systems designed and maintained by one person. It is not a staffing company, and it does not have open positions.

The company is deliberately structured around a single operator and a stack of AI agents that run the day-to-day: content generation, catalog management, social distribution, customer conversations, paid media, SEO, and financial reporting. There is no team to join, no HR department, and no plans to build one.

If you’re still curious

If you’re working on adjacent problems — pan-European commerce infrastructure, AI-operated marketing stacks, cross-border VAT automation — we’re interested in comparing notes. The conversation may turn into a partnership, a supplier relationship, or nothing at all. Any of those is fine.
