This policy describes how Symalzo Ventures Holding BV collects and processes personal data on peponixl.com. Country storefronts operate under their own localized privacy policies.

Who we are

The data controller for peponixl.com is Symalzo Ventures Holding BV (“Symalzo Ventures”, “we”), registered in Amsterdam under KvK 85624739 and holding BTW number NL863701094B01.

What we collect on peponixl.com

The corporate website is informational. We collect only what is necessary to operate it:

  • Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and performance.
  • The country code returned by Cloudflare, used to personalize the store CTA on the homepage. This is not linked to any identifier and is not persisted.
  • Form submissions you send us — B2B enquiries, contact messages — which are stored in our CRM.

What we don’t do on peponixl.com

We do not set third-party marketing cookies, run analytics pixels, or share data with advertisers on the corporate surface. Purchase-related data is processed by the country storefronts, each of which has its own privacy policy.

Legal basis

  • Server logs and Cloudflare country lookup: our legitimate interest in secure and functional hosting.
  • Form submissions: your consent, plus our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days. Form submissions are retained for as long as the enquiry or resulting business relationship is active, plus seven years thereafter in line with Dutch bookkeeping requirements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to specific processing. Contact legal@peponixl.com.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Transfers outside the EU

Where we use service providers outside the EU (for example, Cloudflare for CDN/security), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the European Commission’s adequacy decisions where applicable.

We update this policy as needed. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
